Terms of service

The service

uttapen provides access to language models from a range of providers through an OpenAI-compatible API. The quality and availability of each model depend on the provider behind it; no formal SLA is offered in this first phase.

Wallet and payment

• The wallet is denominated in toman, and the credit you buy is for use on this service.
• Each request is billed on what that request actually used, at the published price of that model at the moment the request began. A failed request is not billed.
• In the rare case where the real cost turns out higher than the amount held, the difference is taken from the balance and the balance may go negative; no further request is accepted until you top up.
• Unused credit is refunded in cash only where the fault is ours, or by agreement with support.

Acceptable use

Any use that breaks the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, or the usage policies of the model providers, is prohibited. Abusing the free models — signing up en masse to farm them — leads to the account being suspended.

Keys and security

Keeping your API key safe is your responsibility. Revoke a leaked key from the panel at once; usage made with that key up to the moment it is revoked is on your account.

Changes

Model prices are updated as market conditions and providers' prices change; the current figure is always visible on each model's page and in the model list. A request already in flight is billed at the price in force when it started.
