About uttapen

uttapen was built by Utta so that a developer in Iran can reach today's language models without an international card and without a VPN: the same official OpenAI SDK, with nothing changed but base_url.

What makes us different

• Clear prices: the final toman price of every model is printed on the pricing page and on the model's own page, and each request is charged for exactly what that request used.
• Privacy: the text of API requests is not stored (the details).
• Speed: the panel, the wallet and sign-in all run inside Iran; only the model call crosses the border.

Infrastructure

Models are supplied through OpenRouter and the catalogue is refreshed every hour. uttapen is not tied to any one model maker; when a model leaves the catalogue, its page says so.
