Download the plugin's zip from this page (keep it zipped).

In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, choose the file, press Install Now and then Activate.

Open the «یوتاپن» menu → «تنظیمات» (Settings) and press «اتصال به یوتاپن» (Connect to uttapen). Sign in to uttapen (or sign up with your mobile number), approve the use of your wallet, and you are brought back to the same page.

On that page, choose the default model for each feature and which roles may use it.

For the support widget, open «یوتاپن» → «دانش» (Knowledge), turn on site-content sync, then enable the widget in Settings.

- An assistant for the site manager
- On the «دستیار» (Assistant) page, say what you need in plain language. It finds, reads and proposes changes to your content; each change is shown as before → after and applied only when you approve it.

- Uses price, SKU and stock in support answers, and writes product descriptions, categories and tags. A change to a price or to stock applies only after you approve it.
- Web search
- On for post drafting and the assistant, so the writing rests on current information; switch it off wherever you do not want it.
- Roles and permissions
- Decide which user roles can use which feature. The assistant works with exactly the permissions of the user asking.
- Model choice
- Each feature comes with a recommended model; an administrator can pick another per feature, and users can switch it per request.

- Position, greeting and required pre-chat fields are yours to set; it matches your site's colours, and shows a leave-a-message form when nobody is online.
Data and privacy

Frequently asked
Is the uttapen WordPress plugin free?
Downloading and installing it is free, and there is no subscription. You pay only for the tasks you run, as used, from the toman wallet of your uttapen account.
Is the interface available in English?
Not yet. The plugin's interface is Persian and right-to-left. It can still translate your text into English or Arabic.
Does anything get published automatically?
No. Post drafts are always drafts, text edits are previewed before they replace anything, and you approve every change the assistant makes to your site.
Where does my site's data go?
Only what a task needs, and only with your permission. The text is sent to an AI model for processing, and conversations and knowledge files are stored on uttapen's servers. Site-knowledge sync stays off until you switch it on.
Does it work with WooCommerce?
Yes. Products sync into site knowledge, support answers use price, SKU and stock, and you can generate a product's descriptions, categories and tags. The plugin has no access to orders.
Does it work with the classic editor?
Editing a selected part of your text works in the block editor (Gutenberg). On classic-editor screens, such as WooCommerce's classic product screen, a button opens the assistant beside the page instead.
How is the plugin updated?
Automatically, like any other plugin under Plugins. Every update package is signed by uttapen and verified before it is installed; an unsigned or tampered package is refused.
What happens if I delete the plugin?
Its settings, role permissions and scheduled tasks are removed. To make sure the site can no longer use your wallet, press «قطع اتصال» (Disconnect) in the plugin's settings before deleting it, or disconnect the site from your uttapen dashboard under Connected sites.

WordPress 6.6 or newer, PHP 8.1 or newer, and an uttapen account, which you can create with a mobile number.
